依照您講形容的狀況你應該是在最後的步驟了，所以不必完全重新來過。

你只要把 CD 放回去，然後跳到步驟4e
把你的分割載起來
然後跳到 6a
掛載 proc 檔案系統
然後 chroot 回去
這樣你就可以回去系統改正你的錯誤

我是建議你之後再跳到 7d 用 genkernel
然後修改你的 grub 內容 改成適合 genkernel 的設定...
再開機試試看

但現在我重開機順利load完漂亮的選單後....正要進入gentoo時....突然發現一行令我又一次失望的字眼!!!

VFS:Can not open root device "sdb3" or unknown block (0,0)
please append a correct "root=" boot option

Kernel panic - not syncing:VFS:unable to mount root fs on unknown

這會是什麼問題呢?我用的是sata的硬碟...所以在grub裡打
root (hd0,0)
kernel /(hd0,0)/boot/linux-2.6.11-gentoo-r6 root=/dev/sdb3

看錯誤訊息的意思....應該是root=/dev/sdb3
這邊有問題吧?
不過問題到底在哪裡呢?我system.map裡有把sdb改成hd0阿
檔案系統ext3我在kernel裡也有設定支援.....為什麼會是unknown?

各位前輩....我還有哪裏該檢查阿?可否指點迷津~~~謝謝~~ :55.gif:
