時區正確時間不對...

已經將/usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Taipei link到/etc/localtime,
在console下date出現的是CST 2005,
但是時間就是不對。

在Windows下沒有這種狀況，
請問這可能是那裡設定的問題?
