kernel 的 PCI-MSI 一定要 SMP?

我的 CPU 是 P4 Mobile 1.8 只有 1 CPU
而用無線網卡需要Bus options (PCI etc.) -> Message Signaled Interrupt (MSI) 的支援
但如果 Processor type and features -> Symmetric Multi-Processors (SMP) 選了 MSI 才可以選呢？
kernel 版本是 2.6.30 or 2.6.33 都是一樣
好像舊的就不會... XD
