xcin can't use after upgrade world

After happy upgrade all package by
emerge - -newuse -uvD world

I found system upgrade the xcin. And after upgrade, xcin can't work anymore.
(I follow the gentoo default xcin package).

OK, so I back to use GOT's portage.
Trying xcin-cvs, but unfortunely, it still got the same error message.

XCIN (Chinese XIM server) version 2.5.3-pre3.
(module ver: 20010918, syscin ver: 20040928).
(use "-h" option for help)

I just use the default xcinrc as ~/.xcinrc , (just copy from /etc/xcinrc)
