用 zh_TW.Big5 啟動進 KDE 再用 k3b rip，
用 zh_TW.Big5 啟動 grip

For the filename conversion, is an established solution.
For the ID3 tag encoding, I found capable of managing this issue. It did not identify the original encoding so it becomes your job. Backup during the trial stage might be considered.
