layman 1.3.* 預設目錄不同

我知道這lag很大(5個月)，不過還是提一下，不然會誤會 gentoo-taiwan 都沒在更新：

layman 1.3.* 預設儲存目錄為 /var/lib/layman
layman 1.2.* 預設儲存目錄為 /usr/local/portage/layman

可於 /etc/layman/layman.cfg 中變更，由 1.2.* 升級至 1.3.* 的使用者請微調 /etc/make.conf。
已更新。
