我是用gdm進gnome 2.4
也許這樣作是很笨，但我是這樣作的

Applications --> Desktop Preferences --> Advenced --> Sessions

然後在startup programs 加入一個command叫做 xcin &

其他的參數是放在 /etc/profile 裡
eg :
export LC_CTYPE=zh_TW.big5
export XIM_PROGRAM=xcin
export XMODIFIERS="@im=xcin"
export XIM=xcin
[/img]

我也是將 xcin 放入 kde 的 Autostart 裡。
