這SATA傳輸速度....太慘了吧

這SATA傳輸速度....太慘了吧

先看個圖...

傳輸速率只有16M，同一顆硬碟在Win底下極限是45M說

有人能幫幫我這是怎麼回事嗎?

主機板：P4P800
硬碟：hitachi 160g SATA
p.s 來源跟目的地，兩個分割區都是fat32

我在想大概是因為 fat32 對於 Linux 來說是"外國人"
所以才會那麼慢吧。。

ext3 -> ext3也這樣說....
